For Agencies: Working with Multiple Clients
If you're an agency managing multiple clients & struggling to keep your customers' data separate, Statusbrew gives you flexibility & security to manage multiple clients from a single Statusbrew account.
You can create a unique Space (organization) for each client to safeguard their data & eliminate any confusion.
Some common uses for multiple spaces are:
Complete data separation between different clients
Separate billing for different clients
Multi-client management without losing peace of mind
We'll go through a step-by-step approach that'll help you set up your account & manage your clients easily as well.
Setting Up Your Account
Statusbrew accounts can have any number of spaces. The moment you create a Statusbrew account, by default a Statusbrew Space is made with a Business Name that you entered while onboarding.
This space can serve as a holding space for your agency members.
Once you've added agency members to your own space, you can begin creating client spaces for easy management.

Once your agency structure is set up as separate spaces, you can invite client members to their respective workspaces.

Switching Among Spaces
Once you are part of multiple spaces, you can easily see and switch between spaces you are part of by hovering over your Avatar Icon from the left side nav and then pointing to Switch Spaces. Clicking on your desired space name will switch your space instantly.
Renaming A Space
You can update the name of a Statusbrew space by going to Settings > Rename space.
FAQs
1. I want to keep two clients (and their data) completely separate, Is it possible?
Yes, you can easily separate the data of two clients by creating different spaces for them.
For instance, Create a space "Client 1" for your first client & "Client 2" for the second one. Add users accordingly to their respective spaces.
Users that are just part of Client 1 space won't have any access to Client 2 space and its data such as messages, posts, etc.
You & agency members that have been added to both of these spaces would have access to both the space's data.
